Automation Conveyor + Assembly & Quality Control

The automated conveyor system moves modular components efficiently through the assembly line, reducing handling time and manpower requirements, while multi-stage QA/QC checks ensure rigorous quality control throughout MEP DfMA module production. Augmented Reality (AR) technology further enhances accuracy by verifying alignment, detecting inconsistencies, and ensuring quality before installation.

Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)

Smart AGVs autonomously transport materials and finished modules across the factory floor, reducing manual handling risks.


Capable of carrying up to 1.5 tonnes, AGVs optimise efficiency, minimise labour-intensive processes, and ensure seamless delivery for transportation, storage, and various factory

On-site Equipment

1. SMART PLATFORM LIFT
Enhances safety and interconnectivity for seamless MEP module integration, with the capability to lift modules up to 1 ton and elevate them to heights of 6 metres.

2. ROBOTIC DRILLING AND ANCHORAGE MACHINE

A laser-guided robotic drilling and anchorage system enables precise installation with a single operator, while integrated rebar detection prevents accidental drilling into reinforcement bars. Its built-in dust collection vacuum system also ensures a cleaner and safer working environment.
